DataHouse Consulting, Inc. (“DataHouse”) is affiliated with the owner and operator of the application, “VizPlatform” (Formerly ''LumiSight'') (the “Service”). DataHouse shall be referred to hereinafter as “us,” “we,” or “our.”
This Privacy Policy governs our collection, use, and disclosure of your Personal Information (see definition, below) when you use the Service. We will not use or share your Personal Information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of your Personal Information in accordance with this policy.

While using our Service, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you, including your email address and name (collectively, “Personal Information”).
We collect this Personal Information for the purpose of providing the Service and restrict access to those involved with providing the Service. The information that you input into the Service will only be retained during the period necessary to support the requirements during your use.
LOCATION INFORMATION
We may use and store information about your location depending on the permissions you have set on your device. We use this information to provide features of our Service and to improve and customize our Service. You can disable location services when you use our Service at any time, through your mobile device settings.
SSID/BSSID Access Wifi State
We use Access Wifi State to ensure that your device is connected to the internet which is required in order to submit your location check-in information while in the Quarantine or you are near a geofenced location.
CAMERA
We do not access your camera, but your camera must be enabled in order to upload images to the app.
IMAGES, VIDEO, AUDIO, AND OTHER FILES
Photos.
We only access photos or images that have been uploaded to the app by the user. Uploading photos and images feature allows the user to upload photos or images to submit their test result or vaccination information for Workplace’s admin to review. These uploads would pertain to COVID-19 health information required by Workplace’s admin to review of all persons entering in-person to workplace. These uploads are reviewed and either approved or denied for the user’s entry onto workplace.
Video and Audio.
We do not/cannot access photos, videos or audio stored on or taken from your device.
Files.
We do not access your external storage file.
DO NOT TRACK DISCLOSURE
We support Do Not Track (“DNT”). DNT is a preference you can set in your web browser to inform websites that you do not want to be tracked.
You can enable or disable DNT by visiting the Preferences or Settings page of your web browser.
Please note that we require location information to monitor your location, but only when you authorize us to do so.
COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS
We will disclose your Personal Information where required to do so by law; if we believe that such action is necessary to comply with the law or pursuant to the reasonable requests of law enforcement.
