Role Purpose
- You’ll join a great team building amazing enterprise solutions, including integrated systems, apps that serve millions of users that serve millions of users, from concept to production.
- The Product Owner is typically responsible for defining, prioritizing, and delivering the product roadmap.
- Defining and prioritizing product requirements, building and managing the product backlog, validating product assumptions through user feedback, and delivering successful product releases.
- Working in a dynamic and professional environment, where you can contribute to turning dreams into products with a great team of engineers.
- As the central point of contact for our overseas clients, you will have a significant influence on the success of our company by using your English communication skills and your common sense.
Main Accountabilities
- Conduct research and analysis, understand customer needs, user pain points and deliver.
- Develop business cases, user stories and high-level requirements to guide development.
- Work closely with clients to understand business needs and provide demonstrations to gather feedback for continuous improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, development, quality assurance and maintenance to assure the successful implementation and operation of the product.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies, industry trends and competitive landscape.
Job Requirements
- Education: Candidates with related certifications from recognized organizations (Scrum Alliance, PMI…) are a plus.
- Experience & Skills:
- At least 5 years of experience in a product owner role in the software development industry. You know your job well and learn how to deal with demanding customers
- Good English communication skills are a must.
- Psychological understanding.
- Business mindset and ability to develop a vision for the direction of the product.
- Demonstrate the ability and willingness to continue to acquire new competencies and accept new challenges, as well as Agility and flexibility to respond to changing priorities and needs.
- Critical thinker with creative problem-solving skills.
- Develop excellent customer relations, time management, organization, and a solid project management knowledge, such as planning, monitoring, and control skills.
- Technical background or experience working as a business analyst or UXUI designer is an advantage.
