Role Purpose
We are looking for a Business Analyst Intern to join our team. You will have the opportunity to learn and get practical experience in identifying, collecting, and prioritizing requirements for new customer experience initiatives
Main Accountabilities
- Join a 6-month internship which includes an on-the-job training period and performance in the company’s commercial projects
- Involve in creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation and analyzing the required information and data.
- Work closely with the software delivery team to meet client expectations; conduct system tests & user acceptance tests
- Understand client’s business process management and business requirements.
Job Requirements
- Final-year students and fresh graduates with major in Business/Computer Science (or related)
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proactive towards problems, motivated, good self-learning skills and motivated
- Strong analytical and attention to details
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
