Project Manager – Manila

• Define project objectives, scope, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders. 
• Coordinate and drive the team working on project assignments with partners worldwide. 
• Communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders regarding project deliverables, managing expectations, changes, and presenting to partners. 
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques. 
• Build and manage a schedule to ensure work is identified, assigned, and completed on time. 
• Identify, track, manage, and resolve project issues. 
• Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks. 
• Motivate, develop, and provide direction to team members. 
• Effectively communicate status, progress, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related fields. 
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management. 
• Demonstrated success in strategic management, leadership, planning, and organizational skills.
• Proven experience in managing projects through all project management processes, including initiating, planning, executing, monitoring and controlling, and closing. 
• Comprehensive understanding and proficiency in the technical aspects of web or mobile applications. 
• Confident management of project schedules and meticulous tracking of detailed task assignments. 
• Working knowledge of AGILE development, SCRUM, and Application Life-cycle Management. 
• Proficient English communication skills, both verbal and written, adaptable to various audiences, presentations, and forums. 
• PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus.
