We are happy to announce that DataHouse has been awarded the prestigious Great Place to Work® (GPTW) certification, a recognition that highlights our status as an excellent workplace.
We would like to thank everyone who has helped make this happen – by both promoting a positive culture and supporting wellbeing.
About 88% of our employees have endorsed this accolade, which shows our strong commitment to our guiding principles: Great People, Greater Good, Great Impact.
Great Place to Work® certification
Great Place to Work® certification is a globally recognized, research-backed assessment that identifies exemplary workplaces through employee feedback. It uses the Trust Index© survey – developed and refined over 30 years – to evaluate workplaces on five key factors: trust, respect, fairness, pride, and camaraderie.
Around 95% of our employees have rated the company highly for providing a warm welcome and quick integration for new hires. More importantly, 93% agreed that everyone in our company receives equal opportunities and treatment, and 94% affirmed that the company offers the best working conditions.
Our goal
Our CEO Hong Phan said, “Our mission is to provide world-class technology solutions to global customers while nurturing an ideal work culture and environment for our team.”
Tung Tran, who has been with us for over four years as a project management specialist, said, “The company has built and maintained a dynamic and innovative environment. Here, individuals have the opportunity to develop their skills and potential, firmly rooted in our core values and corporate culture, with courage, kindness, and teamwork being the key elements.”
What next?
At DataHouse, one cultural value we pride ourselves on is the continuous learning mindset. We have always prioritized employee development and focused on implementing Individual Development Plans for each team member.
Besides, we actively organize knowledge-sharing events and collaborate with partners, including universities that offer IT programs. These efforts aim to provide students with opportunities to engage with businesses early in their careers.
Our initiatives – like the recent ‘Women in Tech’ talk show and sessions on ‘Data Analysis and Cybersecurity’ featuring several industry experts – was part of our ongoing effort to contribute to enhancing knowledge and skills in the IT community.
We have not only invested in human resource development but also focused on community engagement. Over the years, more than 50 interns transitioned to full-time roles, showing our dedication to cultivating a proficient IT workforce.
Going forward, we will continue to sponsor training programs and exam fees for international certifications, supplementing career-specific skills as this enables our employees to not only augment their knowledge and professional competence but also actively contribute to elevating job quality.
All in all, this Great Place to Work® certification is not only a recognition of our achievements but also a catalyst for continued excellence and improvement. We are on a journey toward a better way of working where motivating and supporting each other is part of everyday business.
