On Monday, August 17, 2020, the University of Hawaii (UH) launched LumiSight UH, a self-screening platform that supports the well-being of students, faculty, staff, and visitors in the UH community.
LumiSight UH includes a web and mobile application for students, faculty, staff, and visitors to submit a quick health check-in every day before entering a UH campus or facility. Individuals immediately receive guidance on whether they can enter campus or stay home that day. Individuals in the Modified Quarantine (MQ) Program also use LumiSight UH to check in their location each day during their quarantine period.
Users can download the LumiSight UH mobile app from the App Store (for iOS devices) or Google Play (for Android devices). They can also access the web app from any internet browser.
The LumiSight UH platform aligns with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidance on daily self-screening and provides UH a means to implement their strategy to support and encourage safe behavior by the UH community.
DataHouse is proud to partner with the University of Hawaii to help individuals practice personal accountability and support the well-being of our treasured community.
